A Boost of Energy from Espresso Coffee
Almost all of us somehow would want to have a cupful of coffee at breakfast even before we would wish to speak with another person. A cup of espresso coffee is sure to give someone enough vigor and enthusiasm. How Espresso Coffee Came to Be During the 20th century, the Italians introduced the very first cup of espresso coffee. From that time on, espresso coffee became widely popular and well appreciated. Preparing a cup of espresso coffee is certainly an art because it requires knowledge and familiarity with the flavor and aroma of coffee. Here's a procedure in making espresso coffee: 1. In a special espresso machine, place freshly ground coffee. Some machines provide a scoop to assure that the right amount of coffee is placed. 2. On one side of the machine will be a container where water, just enough for the capacity of the machine, is placed. Always keep in mind not to put more water than what the machine can hold because the prepared coffee will become tasteless. 3. Once everything is set, including the water and the freshly ground coffee, connect the espresso machine onto an electricity outlet. Press "on." In a moment, hot water will go through the ground coffee and the espresso will gradually drip onto the pot underneath. Variations of the Espresso Coffee * Macchiato is a cup of espresso coffee with a dash of milk and froth. * Lungo is a weaker form of espresso coffee, watery or almost tasteless. * Doppio is made up of two measures of espresso coffee and this espresso coffee variation is ideal for those who would want to be awake at once. * Espresso con panna consists of a measure of espresso and whipped cream on top. * Cappuccino is an espresso coffee variation with milk and foam. * Caf Latte is espresso coffee with milk. * Mocha is made up of one shot of espresso coffee combined with milk and chocolate syrup. * Cartado comes in the usual size of espresso coffee but with a touch of milk. * Americano is espresso coffee diluted with warm water and does not contain milk. There is a variation of espresso coffee for everyone. Whatever espresso coffee variation you prefer does not matter as long as you enjoy it. However, to avoid the effects of caffeine, just drink plain espresso coffee in conventional style.
